If you experience any technical issue with our product or service, please contact our support team within 15 business days of your purchase. Our technical support team will do their best to resolve your issue within that period. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution within 15 business days, you will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds will not be issued if the issue was caused by user error, misuse, or if the 15-day window has already passed without a support request being submitted.
