By accessing and using School ERP's platform and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user, educational institution, or authorized representative) and School ERP. Your continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications.

Service Description

School ERP provides a comprehensive cloud-based educational management platform designed for schools and educational institutions. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Student information management and enrollment systems
• Attendance tracking and academic performance monitoring
• Fee collection and financial management tools
• Communication platform for teachers, students, and parents
• Examination and grade management systems

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Maintain appropriate backup copies of your data

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by School ERP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, School ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• • Loss of profits, data, or use
• • Business interruption
• • Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless School ERP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
